In the office of administrative services, an area that is key to my job is problem resolution for faculty members. If you have a problem with your contract, a reimbursement that is due you, visa issues, staff or student payroll issues, questions about research allowances or other commitments, I am there to answer your concerns, and find solutions. With a combined twenty years of experience in both the University of Chicago Hospitals and University of Chicago, I can generally point you in the right direction. My goal is to ensure that your transition into the Division of Humanities is a smooth one, and that when you leave my office, you leave with an understanding of what is required, on both the University's behalf, and yours, to reach your goal.
