What do you like most about your job?
I enjoy serving as the point of contact in the department's main office. It's a wonderful opportunity to converse with people who stop in, and I've really missed these interactions while working remotely.

I help coordinate department events, including private collection visits, presentations, workshops, traveling seminars, and lectures. I enjoy organizing these engaging opportunities for students, and I'm grateful to have attended some of the events.

What was the last good book you read?
I would say both Homegoing by Yaa Gyasi and Modernism and the Feminine Voice: O'Keefe and the Women of the Stieglitz Circle by Kathleen Pyne.

What kinds of hobbies and interests do you have outside of work?
Knitting, crafting, visiting museums, thrift shopping, and reading. I'm always juggling three books: one fiction, one nonfiction, and an audio book. I'm currently teaching myself how to sew.
