For non-Spring quarters: Required course grades should be posted in AIS by instructors no later than Tuesday following the end of each quarter.  Spring 2025 grades for graduating students are due Sunday, June 1, 2025.

Final grades for courses from previous quarters must be submitted according to the following schedule:

Autumn 2024 Fri., Nov. 22, 2024*                   

Winter 2025 Fri., Feb. 28, 2025                   

Spring 2025 Fri., May 23, 2025                 

Summer 2025 Fri., Aug. 8, 2025                                                                                                    

*early due to Thanksgiving week

For PhD candidates: Your final dissertation with all revisions must be submitted by 4:30 PM on Wednesday of the seventh week of the quarter in which you wish to graduate. Please consult the Dissertation Office to ensure you meet all dissertation deadlines.

Summer graduates can participate in the annual Convocation ceremony at the end of Spring Quarter if they defend their dissertation before Wednesday of the seventh week of Spring Quarter.
